Data we process

We process account details, uploaded images, image metadata, scan results, billing records, support messages, security logs, and the protected-person details you provide. If you opt into likeness monitoring, face geometry or a provider reference derived from it is biometric information.

How we use data

  • Deliver image analysis, protection, enrollment, monitoring and reporting.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, operate support and secure the service.
  • Meet legal obligations and investigate abuse.

We do not sell biometric information or use it for advertising, general identity search, or training general-purpose AI models.

Consent and family members

Biometric processing requires affirmative, versioned consent. A subscriber enrolling a minor must attest that they are the parent or legal guardian. Monitoring another person without authority is prohibited.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Withdrawing biometric consent disables monitoring and starts deletion of active enrollment data. Provider-side and backup deletion may require a limited operational period documented in the applicable agreement.

Sharing and security

Data may be processed by contracted infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and monitoring providers under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, rate limiting, and credential rotation appropriate to the data involved.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, consent withdrawal, or appeal of a privacy decision by contacting privacy@imageshield.ai. Rights vary by location and identity verification may be required.

Children and contact

The service is not for independent use by children. A parent or guardian controls any minor profile. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@imageshield.ai.

This product policy is a technical implementation draft and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch in each jurisdiction.
