Using the service
You must provide accurate information, secure your account, and use ImageShield AI only for lawful purposes. You may enroll only yourself or a family member for whom you have valid legal authority.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to stalk, identify, profile, harass, discriminate against, or surveil another person; bypass consent; upload unlawful material; interfere with the service; or misrepresent candidate matches as proven facts.
Results and takedowns
Automated findings are probabilistic and require review. We do not guarantee complete internet coverage, continuous availability, identification accuracy, content removal, or that image transformations make a person unidentifiable.
Payments and cancellation
Prepaid image-processing credits and any future monitoring subscriptions are governed by the price and renewal terms shown at purchase. Recurring service will not begin until the checkout explicitly identifies it as recurring.
Intellectual property and termination
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the limited rights required to process it for the service. We may suspend access for security, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach, subject to applicable law.
